After an extensive competitive proposal process, CLM has been chosen by the Idaho Lottery as its strategic planning partner. This is a significant expansion of CLM’s existing relationship with the Idaho Lottery as their media services provider, according to Brad Surkamer, CLM president.
“We love the Idaho Lottery team and we have a special passion for marketing strategy,” Surkamer said. “In this new dual role for both media and strategy, we’ll bring more of our best strengths to the Idaho Lottery’s marketing and advertising activities.”
The Idaho Lottery Commission began the competitive proposal process for strategic planning services in September of 2015. The process included a written proposal, followed by a live presentation by each of the four agencies selected as finalists.
CLM is very excited to take next steps in our expanded role with the Idaho Lottery in January of 2016. And we’re making our list and checking it twice to help make the remainder of the 2015 season a continued success—from Holiday scratch ticket sales to the popular Million Dollar Raffle.
