Digital Media Buyer
CLM Marketing & Advertising is seeking a Digital Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital advertising and analytics.
Responsibilities
Digital Media Buying and Optimization
- Plan, place and negotiate digital media for clients
- Manage the end-to-end process of media buying, including ad placement, bidding and budget allocation
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize RIO, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting to improve performance.
- Research new industry trends and emerging digital advertising platforms.
- Identify new opportunities for grown and innovation in digital media buying
Analytics and Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms
- Work with data and analytics team to provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of experience in standard digital advertising platforms: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, programmatic advertising tools
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with ad tracking and pixel implementation
- Understanding of standard digital advertising tactics: display, remarketing, search, video, native, paid social media, OTT, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills and habits
- Proven verbal and communication skills
- Strong analytical tendencies and problem-solving skills
