Winning the Game: Strategies in Leadership
In today’s fast-paced world, success requires more than talent—it demands strategy, resilience, and constant growth. George Mulhern, a seasoned leader, has mastered these principles from his days in competitive college tennis to leading global business units at HP, investing with Highway 12, and building Cradlepoint into a leader in wireless networking.
George will share powerful insights on developing a winning culture, building strong teams, and scaling a successful business.
About the Speaker
George recently retired as CEO of Cradlepoint and Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions unit in July 2024. Following the acquisition, he spent three years leading Ericsson’s Enterprise Wireless Solutions.
Before Cradlepoint, George was a general partner at Highway 12 Ventures, a Boise-based Venture Capital firm. He began his career at Hewlett Packard, where he spent 20 years, ultimately serving as Senior Vice President of the LaserJet Global Business Unit.
