Brad “Surk” Surkamer

Brad inspires our team and clients with his passion and curiosity. Before CLM, Brad spent 20 years in global marketing, sales, and support in the computer and networking industry. Brad honed his marketing strategy and management skills through MBA school, Hewlett-Packard in the 80’s, and traveling the world with Extended Systems in the 90’s. In 2003, he decided to deepen his roots in Boise and bought CLM (then WRC Advertising) and has since built a dynamic team and community passionate about learning, evolving, and helping one another grow. Brad’s ‘all boats in the harbor rise’ philosophy encourages our team to give every endeavor 110% and his generous spirit fosters an environment where we try, fail, learn, and ultimately succeed. As Chairman, Brad remains a daily presence at CLM providing consulting, coaching and wisdom to both our team and clients alike.
