While the team immerses itself in marketing and advertising, Della, with nearly three decades of industry experience, manages accounting, human resources, IT, and office management. Her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering adherence to timelines are foundational to the accuracy and trustworthiness of our financials and billing. She makes sure we treat every customer dollar as if it were our own. In her multifaceted role, Della has embodied precision and adaptability- including implementing agency software at several businesses, orchestrating CLM’s transition to a remote office during COIVD, collaborating with owners to sell companies (and buy them back), and spearheading change management as agencies doubled, tripled, and even quadrupled in size.
