As a Video Editor and Graphic Designer at CLM, Shayne brings a strong passion for understanding client challenges and translating ideas into impactful and engaging creative solutions.

Shayne has a bachelor’s degree in fine arts with a Graphic Design emphasis from the University of Idaho. His career path began as a graphic artist creating nightly “over the shoulder” graphics for the evening news and has led him through roles such as Marketing Producer and Creative Director at Idaho’s News Channel 7 before joining CLM.

In his current role, primary responsibilities involve creating and developing visual concepts to communicate ideas and information effectively. Using a variety of design and editing principles and software to develop creative for print, digital and video. Shayne has worked with clients across diverse industries—including healthcare, food service, military, and various non-profits—on impactful projects such as promoting the Idaho Veterans Parade, FitOne, Boise Twilight Criterium, and the local execution of NBC Olympic sponsorships.

As technology keeps the creative ad space constantly changing, Shayne embraces it by staying up on design trends and exploring new and innovative approaches to creative problem solving. Outside of professional life, Shayne enjoys spending time with family and friends, road trips, basketball, golf, and biking on the greenbelt.
