Sophia loves learning about what makes people tick. Utilizing her sleuthing skills, she delves into digital platforms daily to uncover the nuances behind ad performance variations, continuously working to squeeze every ounce of performance out of campaigns. Continuously pushing the boundaries, Sophia graduated with her Master’s in Business Administration from Idaho State University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in management and marketing, along with a double minor in Spanish and professional writing. With a diverse skill set, she seamlessly adapts to various situations including her first job at a real estate marketing startup, where she learned the ins and outs of starting a business and how to build lasting client relationships. Since joining CLM, she has led research projects for clients like PetIQ, The Western Idaho Fair, and D&B Supply. Transitioning to the media team, Sophia showcases a deep commitment to mastering the intricacies of the digital media space.

Pets: Theo is the light of my life 🙂 Golden Retriever and a certified good boi.

Pet peeve: Why do they make hamburgers TALLER instead of WIDER?? Whose mouth can take a bite of that??

Favorite part of my job: I love the psychology of why people do what they do, and I love to see how numbers reflect this. Working with the data from campaigns and surveys is super interesting to me!
